Syncing Across Devices
Keep your trips, pins, and favourite trails in sync when using Newtracs on multiple devices.

Newtracs automatically syncs your trips, pins, and favourite trails to your account so you can access them on any device. To sync, log in with the same account on each device and ensure you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
How to Sync
- Tap the Saved Items icon
- Tap the menu in the top right corner
- Tap Sync All
Items sync automatically on a recurring basis. Trips, pins, and favourites sync immediately when created. If you're offline, items will sync as soon as connectivity is restored.
Sync Status Indicators
Each item in Saved Items shows one of three sync states:
- Synced — the item has been successfully saved to your account
- Processing — the item is in the process of syncing
- Error — the item couldn't be synced; tap to retry
Manual Sync for a Single Trip
- Tap Saved Items
- Select the specific trip you want to sync
- Tap the sync icon on the trip
Tip: Always sync before switching to another device so your latest changes are saved.
