Configure app settings and check if your device meets the requirements to run Newtracs.
Keep Screen Awake
Prevent your screen from dimming while navigating or recording a trip:
- Tap Profile
- Tap App Settings
- Toggle on Keep Screen Awake
Check App Version
- Tap Profile
- Tap App Settings
- Scroll down to find the App Version number
Device Requirements
Android
- Minimum 4 GB RAM
- At least 10 GB available storage
- Android 12 or above
- GPS capability (required for offline trip logging)
iOS
- Minimum 4 GB RAM
- At least 10 GB available storage
- iOS 13 or above
- GPS capability (iPads require WiFi + Cellular for GPS)
- CarPlay supported on iPhone only — iPads are not compatible
