Profile & Account
Manage your profile, view trip stats, change username or email, and configure app settings.
Progress Overview
Navigate to your Profile to find your progress stats:
- Distance Logged: Total kilometres driven
- Trips Logged: Number of trips recorded
Edit Profile
- Tap Profile
- Tap App Settings (top right corner)
- Tap Edit Profile
Delete Account
- Tap Profile
- Tap App Settings
- Tap Edit Profile
- Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm
Change Username or Email
Username
You can change your username directly in the app. Go to Profile > Edit Profile, tap on your username, and follow the on-screen prompts.
Email Address
To change the email used to log in to Newtracs, please send a request to support@newtracs.com.au. We will action the change within 24 hours and confirm via reply email.
Logout
- Tap Profile
- Tap App Settings
- Tap Edit Profile
- Tap Logout
