Hard 4WD Tracks

Hard 4WD tracks demand an experienced driver and a well-equipped vehicle. Loose shale sidehills, axle-deep crossings, tight shelf roads, steep descents with limited run-out, and sections where a mistake has real consequences — this is the terrain Hard-rated tracks deliver.

A rear locker is recommended for most Hard tracks. A front locker and a winch are recommended for the harder end of the rating. Your recovery kit should be complete and every piece of it should have been tested in anger before you commit to a Hard track alone.
