You'll navigate through rugged bushland with a consistent 7% gradient that keeps your vehicle working hard for the entire 2.5 km route. The narrow, rocky sections demand precision driving and good ground clearance, making this trail best suited for those confident in their 4WD abilities.

As you climb through the winding track, you'll be rewarded with dramatic scenery showcasing the raw Victorian landscape. The trail winds through dense scrub and exposed rocky sections where vehicle placement becomes critical—one wrong line and you'll feel every boulder beneath you. You'll complete the route in around 21 minutes if conditions are favorable, but don't rush it. This isn't a trail for leisurely cruising.

Before attempting Chimney Track, ensure your vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition with proper recovery gear onboard.
